CAJ is made up of jazz educators and musicians who have a mission to advance jazz in our great state.
California State Jazz Championships
CAJ will host the 1st annual California State Jazz Championships in May 2012. Note: Application Deadline has been extended to Friday April 13!
Groups will compete in the following categories:
- Middle School/Jr. High – Big Band, Combo, Jazz Choir
- High School – Big Band, Combo, Jazz Choir
- Jr. College – Big Band, Combo, Jazz Choir
- 4-Year College – Big Band, Combo, Jazz Choir
