Dr. Esteban Adame
Dr. Adame, Director of Jazz and Orchestral Studies at Artesia High School and Coordinator of the ABC Unified Jazz Celebration, specializes in jazz education and student development. His research focuses on enhancing student self-efficacy through improvisation experiences, fostering cultural inclusivity in jazz, and advocating for diverse pedagogical approaches in jazz education.

Justin Padilla
Justin Padilla, Director of Instrumental Music at Los Alamitos High School, leads Jazz II, Jazz III, Chamber Orchestra, and Symphonic Winds. Under his direction, Jazz I was the only California ensemble selected to perform on the main stage at the 2024 JEN Conference in New Orleans.
